Most clients ship their products directly to our home studio in Hamilton, Ontario. Once the shoot is complete, we can arrange to return the items per your instructions.

​Absolutely. If you'd like to be present, we can schedule the session at a local studio in Hamilton or the Greater Toronto Area. Please note that booking an external studio will incur additional costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the session.

3. Do you offer on-location photography?

​Yes, we provide on-location photography services. Whether at your business premises or a specific site, we can accommodate your needs. Please note that additional travel fees may apply.

4. What types of products do you photograph?

We specialize in a wide range of product photography, including but not limited to electronics, food, beauty products, apparel, jewelry, and home goods. If you have specific requirements, feel free to discuss them with us.

5. How should I prepare my products for the shoot?

Ensure all items are clean, free of labels or stickers (unless part of the product), and in perfect condition. Including any specific instructions or preferences will help us achieve the desired outcome.

Our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks from the receipt of your products. If you require expedited services, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

7. In what format will I receive the final images?

We deliver high-resolution digital images in JPEG or PNG formats, suitable for web and print use. If you have specific format requirements, please let us know in advance.

8. Do you provide image retouching services?

Yes, all our packages include basic retouching to ensure your products look their best. For more extensive editing or special requests, additional fees may apply.

10. What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final images. We accept cash and e-transfers payments.
